WHAT IS PHYSIOTHERAPY?

Physiotherapy is one of the healthcare professions, being concerned with the restoration of human function and movement.  At Talbot Therapy Physiotherapy Clinic, Bournemouth we are committed to research based practice and offer up to date treatments for a wide range of conditions including the very acute eg ankle sprain, to the chronic, eg an ongoing Achilles tendonitis or recurrent lower back pain.

  • Soft tissue release
  • Joint mobilisations
  • Electro Physical Agents eg Ultrasound, Interferential, Pulsed Shortwave and Shockwave therapies
  • Advice & Self Help
  • Exercise at the clinic and the patients home
